bogus effects can be added as buttons -- shows as "undefined"

1. open KBar Settings
2. click Add Button > Apply Effect
3. type box but don't select anything, just click away from the popup
4. click OK

--> blank button is created. Settings shows it as: Apply Effect "undefined"

could you disallow the creation of nonexistent effects?

hmm, now i can't either. unfortunately, i deleted the toolbar it was on. i'll keep trying.

ok, here's a corrected repro:

1. open KBar Settings
2. click Add Button > Apply Effect
3. type Box then click the Box Blur effect
4. click in the edit field, delete the word Blur, then press Enter. this dismisses the popup, but doesn't show an error.
5. click OK

--> button is shown as: Apply Effect "undefined"
