1. open KBar Settings
2. add a button that has a BROWSE button, then click BROWSE.
3. or, click Import Toolbars or Export Toolbars.

--> most (all?) BROWSE file dialogs and the Import Toolbars file dialog are titled "Open KBar File". if they can't be custom, a generic "Select file" or similar might be ok. for Import Toolbars, maybe "Import toolbars file" or similar?

--> Export Toolbars file dialog is titled "Save File". maybe use "Export toolbars to file"
