Seed for random generators

There is a command-line option "--seed=N" to set the seed for the random generators used in IDP.

Currently this seed is not used by MinisatID. It would be nice if MinisatID would use it.

    Added forgotten structure files, fixed randomseed

    fixes #122 Removed commandline option seed, added a real option and connected it with the solver. Added a lot of files which were forgotten in the previous release
