gtestparser output

When one series of tests aborts, gtestparser prints ERROR ENCOUNTERED, ABORTED EARLY and no SUMMARY and no information on earlier tests.

This should be a more standard output and include the previous output too.

Fixes #208: SUMMARY is always printed, followed by critical errors if any, followed by the normal failures.
