Several parsetests failing

Bart Bogaerts created an issue

I fixed some of the parsetests (which happened to test nothing), however, now they fail, indicating several parse-mistakes...

    Fixed invalid input tests

    These tests were not testing anything: they failed because there was no main method. Now, all of them test what they should test.

    However, this shows some previously unknown bugs, see #307
