Scheduled cache update

At our company, we would like any space administrator to be able to "categorize" their spaces themselves. The problem is, since we have a large instance and a lot of spaces, caching must be enabled. this means that although space admins can add the required labels, the space won't be classified unless they ask a Confluence admin to press the "update cache" button.

A better solution would be the ability to create an update schedule. we could tell the space admins that their change will take effect within 24h for example.
