After meeting start you can begin with topic discussing by going from top to the bottom of the agenda. Click issue key to open issue detail panel, where you can put meeting comments Discussing meeting topics

After you have discussed a topic and put a comment as a result of your teams decision / discussing mark agenda item as discussed and continue with the remaining items.

After end of meeting all your comments will be captured in Jira issues and meeting agenda will be available for later references.

At the end of meeting you can create meeting minutes (coming soon) and clone agenda for the next meeting (published on 08.04.2024)
