Long press home for menu trigger not working as should

When I map the home button to trigger menu on long press, the menu triggers, but also the home-function. Ergo, the menu shows up, and when you move your finger from the home button, it triggers home.

That action actually should be removed from assistant, it doesn't work good, plus if you want menu on home long press why not use such option from stock Settings? :)

I'm having the same problem on HTC desire. Home is activated when I release the button, whether longpressed or not.

I'm trying to align functionality with my M7 which has the gesture control built into the stock rom, the desire doesn't so the toolbox is the only option.

I don't know if it's possible but it would basically require that the toolbox captures the home signal after detecting the home long press and performing the associated function (in this case, menu).
