Scrolling issues in app drawer with toolbox enabled.

When attempting to downward (swiping up) in the app drawer it seems like it's much more difficult to scroll down due to the way the screen snap behaves. It seems that this typically occurs when trying to swipe up from near the bottom of ths screen. Disabling sense 6 toolbox or swiping from closer to the top doesn't cause this behavior.
