Replicate the heading on each page of the printout

Lele Gaifax repo owner created an issue

Usually at each round the secretary pins on a board three printouts, the results of the last matches, the corresponding ranking and the new matches for the next round: when the printouts spans more than one page, it's easy to confuse the pages.

    I went for a simpler approach, that is showing the printout subtitle in the footer too.
