Currently there is no way to obtain the ranking after an arbitrary round: think about a way of re-printing the ranking after earlier rounds.

It has been simple enough to link the visualized ranking to the "show turn X matches".

Show the corresponding ranking when changing visualized turn matches

When changing the visualized turn matches, reload also the ranking up to that turn, so one can understand how the next turn has been generated.

This fixes issue #5.
