The Heart_solver module enables to perform numerical simulations of cardiac electrophysiology and (electro)-mechanics models. In particular, the following electrophysiology models have been implemented:

1. the mono/bidomain equations;
2. the purkinjie fibers;
3. several ionic models (e.g. FitzHugh-Nagumo, Mitchell-Schaeffer, etc.);

and the following (electro)-mechanical models:

4. passive and active strain;
5. one-way electromechanical coupling.
