Front-end access for clients

To access the area dedicated to clients, you must first create a menu item pointing to this area. Creating a new menu item must be done following the steps from here: https://docs.joomla.org/Adding_a_new_menu_item

For this option, during creation of menu item, you must choose for Menu Item Type : | Front-end - client area

After creating the menu item, in order to access the area the client must be logged in. Since any client is a Joomla user, he can login using your website login module.

If the client cannot access this area even if he's authentified, remember that a client cannot be also part of the staff, so make sure he is not imported in the component administration area.
