Easyappointment / Confirm reservation after the process

As a default, the appointment must be confirmed during the actual reservation process. This should be the second step after the client has added his personal details (name, email, etc).

However, each staff member has the option to eliminate this step, so that when a client will make an appointment with that specific member, he will not have to confirm his appointment during the reservation process. If a staff member decided that his clients should skip this step, still he has the option to include a confirmation link in the notification email sent to the customer at the end of the process.

Please note that the notification email is not enabled by default. After enabling, inside the message body the %confirmation_url% tag must be present, this tag will be replaced in the message with the actual confirmation link.
