Define and check dependency to PTF level

Mihael Schmidt repo owner created an issue

Define a dependency to at least a specific PTF level and let the client check if the dependency is met on the server.

Idea from Kevin Adler: “Also, add declarative ways to define dependencies on OS versions: TR levels, installed products, PTF levels, etc”
