Purge command to purge metadata from library

purge Action to remove metadata from library.

Action should look like

ipkg purge <library>

Then it should ask for a reply like “really”

ipkg purge ‘<library> really’

Don’t need library in action parameter as it has its own parameter.
ipkg purge
output (as for really)

ipkg purge really
