"Not logged in" message

When doing the merge game, I quite often get "REDIRECT FAILED: Not logged in. (How did that happen?) Not trying again." In fact, at the moment, I'm getting it every time I say 'yes' to the merge option. The error message seems to indicate this is a strange and rare occurence, but it seems to be quite common to me.
(This might be the same problem as #137)
