Both given name and surname

Some disambiguations are about a word which is both a given name and a surname. We should have an opportunity to mark it as both somehow.

I won't degrade the interface/usability to support edge cases. There are plenty of ways to deal with those; open item in a new tab before clicking a button, or look at your recent contributions on Wikidata, or look at your game settings for your last actions.

That's not an edge case. I did not counted but came across this issue like every fourth or fifth disambiguation item. I agree that adding an other button (there are already many) is probably not helpful. Simple suggestion: Change the label on the "disambiguation" button to something like "disambiguation or both given/surname". is this helpful? I'm not sure to be honest.
