Description of "Both" button in Disambiguation

Currently the Both button in the disambiguation game can be interpreted as either: 1) The item is a name which is used as both a first name and a surname (e.g. Stella). 2) The item is something with both a given and a first name (e.g. Bob Smith).

I'm assuming that the first is intended so just adding something like "If a name can be either mark it with Both" to the mode description
