Wait before changing a sitelink via Duplicity

Referring to Issue #26.

There is a hover-text “This item already has a site link to __wiki” and there is a thin red line that indicates the same thing. This is enough for visual identification.
However, “Add to Q____” button can still be accidentally clicked, and it proceeds to changing the site link right away. Can a two-second pause before changing the link and a cancel button be added to revert the wrong action?
