QuickStatements re-runs on refresh, creating duplicates

Repo:

• In Chrome, open QuickStatements
• add a "CREATE" statement + set a label
• Click "Do it"
• Quit Chrome completely
• Re-open Chrome, and restore all tabs

Result - the QuickStatement reruns and creates a duplicate item. I also suspect that simply full refresh of the page auto-reruns it as well.

That is a bug with the first model though.
