Crash when opening an empty message view

When you open an empty message view of a method, TouchRAM crashes. It happens, for example, when you want to edit the modify message view of the observer.

I will prevent opening or creating a message view for partial methods for now.

I think in that case it might make sense to display a popup, because partial operations don't have a message view (only "affected by" can be specified).
