Change feature container to show flat list instead of hierarchical

Due to #410 we discussed that it would be desirable to have a flat list instead of a hierarchical list reflecting the structure of the feature model.

    Resolves #416: Flattens the feature list.

    The namer is removed to use the default one and all features are set as elements. As a result, the ImpactFeatureNamer is not used anymore, however, it might be useful in the future.
