Deleting a nested combined fragment which contains a message to another lifeline can cause exception

Given the following combined fragments, deleting the inner combined fragment causes an exception:

Because myB needs to be removed from both combined fragment, it seems that it is removed from the outer one, before it is from the inner combined fragment.
