Static element on the bottom cannot be seen

When there is, for example, only one attribute which is static or the element on the bottom is static, the underlining cannot be seen. The same applies to operations.

Maybe it's enough to increase the bottom buffer (of the containers).

It seemed that a (test) fix for this slipped in commit 352996a accidentally.

Resolved issue #90: A fix was accidentally comitted in commit 352996a. Fixed it properly without the magic number issue.
