Parameter delimiter placed wrong when adding new parameter

The components in the OperationView are all aligned nicely, but when a new parameter is added, the temporary text components are placed wrong (too high).

Resolved issue #91: Delimiter creation moved into own method. Temporary delimiter and text box for creating a new parameter make use of the specified bottom buffer for children in the operation view.
