User name tracking is... weird

merthsoft repo owner created an issue

Username tracking isn't working as expected. I went from Le Merth to no nickname, and it updated added a row saying Le Merth is the nickname. Then when I changed it back to Le Merth, it didn't add a row. Seems I need to fix that check and maybe change the table around to make more sense.
