App hangs on first-time boot

On the app first boot: - User enters entity - App opens browser to auth the entity - User returns to the app and relationships start update - Updating "Followings"... - App Hangs

Looks like the events/callbacks are not fired.

Fixes #401: followings_GET had the arguments swapped

Stream rows background fixed when table first loads data.
