Move Section Checks Below Assignment Checks

Assignment checks are important / mandatory whereas section checks are optional / recommendations.

Section Checks can also take up much more space in the block pushing the more inportant assignment deadline checks down the page.

For these reasons it would be better if section checks were moved to the bottom making the order:

1. Essentials
2. Assignments
3. Section Checks
