Selecting words can become difficult

When getting a definition the extension highlights the word with a selection. This causes severe PITA when trying to copy Chinese/Japanese text (it becomes next to impossible to copy just the characters you wanted). While you can of course disable the extension, a workaround would be a far more elegant solution
