/god is broken without WorldGuard

/god still works, but /god on and /god off cause exceptions. They are working just fine on renegade. I think WorldGuard and WorldEdit both have the /god command, maybe it's now using the one from WE.

    Can't find any /god functionality in WE, which is good. The problem is in Canary itself: /god <player> is also a Canary command that was overridden by WorldGuard. It does not support on/off, but interprets those parameters as player names. Executing /god with an invalid player name causes the NullPointerException. (see Canary issue 148)
