Breaking spawners still gives xp. (Spawners don't drop sometimes too)

Breaking a spawner normally gives xp but on mco it used to not do this (because players can collect spawners as a item and just break and replace to give unlimited quick and easy xp probably). But at the moment it gives xp whenever someone breaks a spawner, even if it is not natural or they placed it.

Update: Spawners don't seem to be dropping at all now.

The bot is (was?) responsible for dropping spawners for players so if the spawner break log format has changed then this won't work. As for the first part of the bug, it's probably fishyshield that's responsible for preventing spawner breaks giving xp, so it should be reported there.
