/tphere teleports the wrong way.

Using "/tphere Player" will teleport the player using the command to Player instead of teleporting Player to the person using the command.

Example of command being used and time is at Sun 30 Nov 01:49 GMT 2014. where the command "/tphere dl69" was used by Anna_28. And teleported Anna_28 to dl69 instead of dl69 to Anna_28.
