GIVE command does not permit specifying item data (color/material/etcetera)

/give wool 64 <colorvalue> results in 64 white wool.

/give wool:<colorvalue> 64 results in random objects depending on the number of the colorvalue supplied, as it appears to strip out the alpha characters and the colon and return items based on the supplied number.

As a god donor, this puts a significant dent in the value of the donor level.
