Change break block for CraftBook

It would look pretty awesome if I could place gravel under my rails. Unfortunately, that block is currently configured as break block in CraftBook.

Also using powered rails instead of regular rails may solve your problem of rails on gravel.

This is the right place for the issue, since it's a configuration setting. Problem is that we've had this configuration for quite a while, so some builds may depend on it.
That said, I think it'd look awesome as well. I'll look into it.

I've scanned the world for use of these blocks, none of the uses were intentional. I'll switch it to clay.
