username change to old username doesn't update records.

Bowbyslag had changed username to Bowby_The_King, then later back to Bowbyslag.

First name change was fine and the sql had the updated username to Bowby_The_King.

After the name change back to Bowbyslag the sql still has Bowby_The_King with his uuid and /timeplayed shows "Old name record found for Bowbyslag", as if it was finding the old name and not the new one.

getgroups.sh also won't find Bowbyslag as there isn't any sql data for that username.

This causes things such as /who to show Bowbyslag with a gray username, and the staff online checking to not count Bowbyslag as staff
