McObot !stalk command stops relay and delays commands

Everytime !stalk is used, McObot does not relay into chat until the command completes its "usage" causing all msgs said during this time to be spammed ingame afterwards

Also commands to the bot are not responded to until after the !stalk is complete.

This is to be expected, its activity is synchronous. Don't use it unless you have a serious need for it.
