/whereishome command not doing anything when a username that hasn't been on the server is entered.

###What it does now:### * When "/whereishome Player" is used it says "Player lives at x, y, z", if Player is not a player that has been on Freedonia or has no /home it doesn't say anything at all.

###What it should do:### * When Player has no home it should say "This Player has not set their home". * When Player doesn't exist or has not been on the server it should say "Player has never visited Freedonia".
