Nothing happened when connecting offline device

Mikhail Lopatkin repo owner created an issue

Start the application in ADB mode without connected devices

Connect offline device

Expected result: show dialog that device is offline

Actual result: nothing happened

It is very confusing.

    Offline devices are now shown in the devices list (fixed #44)

    → Wiki macro error: Changeset eac910d63924 not found.

    However, showing a dialog when the offline device is connected may lead to issues if multiple devices are connected.
