“Show only matching lines” function will only apply to “main window”, won’t apply to “index window”

If user active one filter which “Show only matching lines”, all of the “index window” also apply this same rule.

This will hide most important “Index window” function for this case.

Thank you for the idea. Current behavior is somewhat intentional but I can see why proposed mode can be useful. I can't promise any specific deadline but I'll definitely consider implementing this in the medium term.
