Started emulator isn't added to Select device dialog

Precondition: no devices or emulators available

Open the logviewer in ADB mode

"ADB > Connect to device"

Start an emulator and wait

Observe that the main window starts filling with the emulator's logs

Expected result: emulator should be added into device list in the dialog

Actual result: nothing happened
