Quick filters

An alternative to "Hide with this tag" and "Hide with this PID": add a column-specific context menu that will allow to hide/index/create filter with cell context.

Examples: * right click on PID cell and selecting "hide" - the hiding filter for the tag should be created. * right click on a tag cell and selecting "index" - the index window for the tag should be opened.

The list of actions should match all available filter actions but may be customizable.
