Simple Ticket System

The ticket system is designed to handle simple support ticket requirements. It supports email tickets, inbound and outbound, auto-replies on new tickets, clients and simple reporting. There is only the backend interface and an API, so you can implement your own custom frontend if required.

You can easily deploy the application to Tomcat or Jetty (running on Windows, Linux or similar OS), and a MySQL or PostgreSQL database. It is also easy to deploy it to "the cloud" for instance with Amazon's Elastic Beanstalk and RDS.
