Metadata not displayed

The log contains

11:00:44: metatada http://poliqarp.wbl.klf.uw.edu.pl/pl/slownik-lindego/query/6/

but the metadata was empty.

The metadata were not displayed of any hit of broda in Linde's dictionary. Reselecting the corpus solved the problem.

If the server is to blame for it, the user should informed somehow about it: a message "server timeout", "waiting for server" or something similar.

I'm afraid not. Therefore is it important to gather more information in the log.

Without more information it is hard to know what should be gathered. I will have a look if there are any server errors that are ignored, but the reported behavior suggests some other cause.

In maleks on my request the logs contain the timestamps of both sending the request to the server and receiveing the response. If we would know that the metadata has been received from the server, than it would be clear that the bug concerns local display problem.

Given no metadata were received after the first one missing, it seems the reason was different.

Use hidden text as default entry. Closes #119. There are some problems with selection getting wider after menu is closed, at least on Mac.
