Fix encoding of POST request. Closes #195. For some reasons, Poliqarp no longer accepts octet-stream POST requests.

I'm glad the problem has been solved. Perhaps a mention of it should be added to our Poliqarp documentation?

Hard to say. I tried command-line query with curl utility and it worked without any problems. It seems I did something non-standard way before and it wasn't guaranteed to work.
