Display the current entry comment without the need of clicking

Please alway display the third field of the current entry e.g. in a windows on the bottom of the index panel.

The third field is URL. Which one should be displayed, comment or URL?

I assumed you meant Edit index entry dialog, not CSV file. OK, it is clear now, although I am not sure how to do it best.

Displaying it at the bottom seems too far from entry. Maybe we should immediately display it as tooltip?

Sorry for confusion. I had in mind not the Edit dialog, but the field displayed now as a tooltip when hoovering over the entry. I need this information quite often and getting it from the tooltip appeared to be not convenient. The problem is not only with waiting for the tooltip to appear (you propose to show it immediately). Sometimes I want to information to stay after changing the focus or even copy and paste it.
