Add shortcuts for displaying next/previous line
The proposal has much in common with issues #21 and #8.
If the document line structure is somehow defined, then the line-based navigation (e.g. next/previous line) and zooming (e.g. fit line length to the window size) commands should be active. The intended use is primarily to browse large multicolumn dicitonary pages.
If the information is provided by a hOCR file in a way allowing to distinguish content lines from running heads etc, then the user should be able to use only content lines for navigation.
The idea can be generalized for column-based browsing etc. but it does not seem to be worth the effort.

Find next/previous line, zoom it so that it takes full width and ensure it is visible.

reporter As mentioned in the comment of 2012-04-15, the feature doesn't depend on hOCR.

reporter Looks like a similar feature is already available in another DjVu viewer: http://sourceforge.net/p/djvu/feature-requests/72/

To simplify the task don't use the sidecar hOCR, just the native DjVu document structure.
