Display derived forms and tags as tooltips

For compatibility with the web client it would be nice, if it's not to difficult, to provide tooltips not only for metadata (issue # 55) but also for derived forms and tags.

This will be very tricky as we don't display the text as HTML, but as a text.

What would be technically easy? It is less important than issue #55, but perhaps can be solved in a similar way.

If I understand correctly, for #55 we should displayed only item metadata and here we need to display tags/forms for part of the text under cursor. I don't see what "similar way" can mean here.

I had in mind limiting the display to hits only but maybe it's not a good idea.

This issue concerns derived forms and tag, metadata is treated in issue #55.

What is context panel?

For contexts, tooltips will contain tags for each word.

Tags are only present in Impact 2 so far.
