Allow updating region for current entry. Closes #99. Select region in main view to update current entry.

If the entry is empty, a wrong region is set as its value; it seems that the last displayed region is used instead of the selected one.

If the entry is initially empty, it seems that the new region is stored, but it is not immediately displayed, only after the program is restarted and (or?) the index reloaded.
