[GUI] Hidan heroe suggestion for NWU

Bugs known : - Sadism and Ritual ultimate deny Hidan while it should be non lethal. - Initial damage can't be changed to be scaled with nwu heroes initial damage.

Ok the only thing i have to say is that suggestion need to be polished he looks like a ganker/semi-carry rather than an Initiator/tank. Godscream you made a good base i might ask stick to polish the suggestion
